Everything was perfect, extremely friendly staff, absolutely superb views over the town to the sea. The venue's position was central. What's more, it was right by most attraction as well as bus stop. The services were great.

This venue had a cool vibe. The rooms here were spacious and had air conditioning, plus a lovely sea view 🌊.

The staff were excellent, expecially Carmen who was the receptionist on our arrival and departure. She was extremley helpful informative and friendly.

Very good location, near the main shopping areas, the station and with easy access and exit from the city by car. The bed in our quadruple room was very comfortable, although the same cannot be said for the sofa bed. The hotel is now a few years old and there are elements, such as the doors, that are crying out for renovation. The breakfast is more than correct for the price they offer it. As a last comment, they treat all the clients as thieves as soon as you are in the room, since you find a price list of the different elements you find, from the glass in the bathroom at 15 euros/unit to the TV for 600 euros, including towels, sheets, etc. I guess this doesn't sit well with many guests, so I think the hotel's anti-theft policy should be improved. Since when they check in they ask for all your details perhaps it would be better if, in case of detecting any theft, they would contact the user of that room directly without disrespecting the others.

The twin room features a spacious bed, climate control, a personal safe, and a work desk, and there are plenty of dining options, shops.

Poor location too far from the old part of town and the WIFI that did not work at all on the first day.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was great, right in the heart of the city. The room I stayed in was clean and spacious, and I loved the fact that it had a bath. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel very welcome. Oh, and the view from my room was absolutely stunning - I could see the sea!

Close enough to everything worth seeing, but not in the middle of tourist hell. Wonderful family owned restaurants just down the street/around the corner. Great value for the money.

Small hotel, friendly staff.

Heating did not work, poor standard of hotel room, too exepencive.

I recently went on a city break and stayed in a hotel that had fantastic staff. They were always smiling and happy to help with any questions I had. The location was brilliant - just a short walk to the heart of the city and easy to get to all the sights. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the harbour. The breakfast was great too, with a good variety of food on offer. I had a fantastic stay and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

I must say I didn't find anything I disliked about this hotel. The only small issue was that the shower took a little bit of time to heat up, but this wasn't a major problem.
